150 guests, to include supporters, volunteers, funders, donators and sponsors, joined Amy and Ryan Jackson, founders of the Charity in a drinks and nibbles evening to celebrate 10 very successful years of support for bereaved parents and families, living in the West Midlands and Warwickshire, who have lost a baby to Stillbirth, Neonatal Death, Miscarriage or to a Medical Termination.
During the evening guests were treated to an animated video presentation that detailed the growth and development of the Foundation over the years in support of those whose lives have been devastated by the loss of a baby.
One of the stars of the evening was a Celebration Cake, designed by local bakerAngela of AJ’s Classic Cakes that was presented to Amy and Ryan by their four children.
The Lily Mae Foundation was established in 2010 when Amy and Ryan lost their baby daughter Lily Mae to Stillbirth at full term and then became a Registered Charity in October 2012.
