About the event
This will be an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE and one that you will always remember 💪🥊
You will get super fit with our tailored 8 weeks FREE training plan in partnership with The Boxing Lab & Ariyah Skye Personal Training.
Box at the XCEL Leisure Centre, in front of a HUGE crowd on Saturday 9th November 2024 and fundraise for the Lily Mae Foundation.
Training starts:
The second week of September and will be evening sessions, the exact dates and times are to be confirmed.
Location: The Boxing Lab, 405 Broad Lane, CV5 7AX THIS IS THE ONLY VENUE WHERE WE WILL BE TRAINING.
You are required to attend 2 training sessions per week.
The training sessions will be run by experienced boxing coaches Jack Beere and Mark O'Hagan. You will be matched to fight with another person from your training group based on ability, experience and weight. Your safety is paramount and we have a duty of care to make sure that you are safe.
You are EXPECTED to attend a minimum of 90% of all training sessions! All of your training is FREE of charge*
